Eyebrow Microblading

Eyebrows are a pivotal feature of your face, but there are many who have naturally sparse brows, uneven brows, or even have no brows at all. There is a cure and its called microblading! It is a form of semi-permanent tattoo and looks completely natural, as it involves creating thin hair strands in the same direction as the natural hair.

"We use a finely bladed pen to create fine strokes within the brow outline, hairline or scalp hair partings, that remarkably mimic natural hair. The end result is so natural that it is hard to tell you have had anything done at all. When done correctly, microblading looks completely natural on people who started with even almost no brows!" says Renuka Krishna, Cosmetologist, and highly Certified Microblading Artist.

Typically the treatment stays for one to two years and will have to be redone in order to keep your results. The procedure can be costly but is a form of art that requires intensive training and practice.

We recognize that our clients need the best technique and results.

“Most Asian women have sparse eyebrows so microblading gives them fuller well-shaped brows and shaped brows really lift the features of your face. It makes life easier for every girl because your eyebrow is always in perfect shape and you can spend less time on makeup and still look good without makeup.” “I am very happy with the results,” says Sian, a client of Renuka Krishna’s. “I’ve always had thick brows but had trouble shaping them. With microblading, I’m able to manage the shape of my brows and make them look presentable every time.”

    What is Microblading?

    • There’s a beauty trend that most Indian women have been ignoring: well-shaped eyebrows. Styling your eyebrows is no longer just about skimming an eyebrow liner through your sparse line of hairs anymore – the entire process requires a skill (if you care about your eyebrows at all). But if you’re one of those who don’t have time or the skills to draw out your brows like a pro then Micro Blading is what you have to try.

    • “Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo. This technique is done by using specific needles to draw through your skins (epidermis) just like your eyebrow hairs which give a natural look and it lasts for 2 years for dry to normal skin and 1 year for oily skin. Here pigments are infused in your skin using special blades, to create a 3D effect on your eyebrows that mimics your natural hair. The good part even you can't tell if you have got anything done", Says Renuka Krishna Eyebrow Microblading Expert.

    Is the procedure painful?

    • No! A microblade tool looks similar to an Exacto knife, but instead of there being one big blade, there is a series of microneedles. The microblade is dipped into a selected color of pigment and then used to make a fine cut, or micro stroke, in the skin. This process results in the pigment being implanted into the skin, which is known as micro-pigmentation. With the proper technique, microbladed eyebrow results look beautiful and completely natural. You can feel the application on your skin but it is not painful. "I find most of my clients snoring and sleeping through the procedure, they are that comfortable", says Eyebrow Microblading expert Renuka Krishna.

What's the Microblading healing process like?

    • Your new eyebrows will go through several phases during the healing cycle. A true reflection of healed color can only be assessed 3-4 weeks after treatment. Touch-ups and/or correction of the shape/design is recommended at least 4 weeks after initial treatment. It will go from too dark, too light, to just right!

    • Immediately after the procedure, the pigment will appear very sharp and dark. This is because the pigment is still seating on top of your skin and has not yet settled in completely. The color of the pigment will soften gradually (do not be alarmed if you see some pigment on the cotton swab as this is excess pigment and/or body fluid that is naturally exiting your skin).

    • Once the healing of the skin starts taking place it will look like dandruff flakes or dry skin. This might give you the impression that the colour pigment is fading too quickly. However, this is just superficial colour and dry skin being naturally removed from your eyebrows.

    • Your eyebrows will be the lightest tones during days 5-12 because the colour is absorbed in the deeper layers of the skin. Later skin cells push it back to the upper layers. Once the healing is completed, you will enjoy a pair of beautiful, new, natural-looking eyebrows.
